Applicant has applied for a parcel split in accordance with existing
City ordinances. A future agreement to participate in a storm drain
district is required as a condition of subject parcel split approval.
Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a future agreement
is required.
A variance was granted by Planning Commission Res. No. 800 reducing the
frontage en lots 2 and 3 of subject "panhandle" parcel split.
