Applicant has applied for a parcel split in accordance with City ordinance
#9327. Parcel frontage is not improved to City standards and construction
of these improvements at this time is not practical. In this case, a
future improvement agreement is in order. Authorization for the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute a future agreement is required.
