WHEREAS, the Planning Corrmission of the City of Oceansic
on the 2nd day of April, 1973, did conduct a hearing upon no
duly given to consider the application of the City of Carl.sb,

and incorporated herein by reference thereto; and
WHEREAS, the said property has heretofore had an R-1 zo

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Oceanside on t
25th day of April, 1973, did hold a hearing on the applicati
of the applicants for establishment of potential zoning on t
abovementioned property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at said hearing did hear all
evidence presented by all persons in support of or against t
granting of the potential mne and did consider all maps and
plats and the report of the Planning Commission staff and tl-
contents of Planning Commission Resolution No, 73-P4l,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Oceans?
DOES RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council after considering the matters pres

with the Land Use Element of the General Plan.
The proposed zone change is a logical extension of
