" Statement of the Hatter
1) Engineering Staff has completed checking the Final Map of Carlsbad
Tract No. 72-10 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act,
and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. -
2) The Final Map conforms substantially to the conditions of the
Tentative Map approved by the City Council on July 5, 1972.

3) A dedication of park land to the City adjacent to Buena Vista Lagoon
is required. This will be accomplished within the next 10 days.

Staff Recommendations
Adopt a motion approving the final map of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-10
subject to the conditions in Resolution No. 2039 and further subject
to the condition that item k of Resolution 2039 be completed within
10 days.
