Statement of the Matter
Applicant has applied for a parcel split in accordance with City
ordinance no. 9327. Parcel frontage on Laguna Drive is not improved
to City standards and the construction of these improvements at this
time is not practical. In this case, a future improvement agreement
is in order.
Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a future agreement
is required.

Adopt a motion authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the
attached future improvement agreement on behalf of the City.
