Statement of the Matter
1) Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 72-11 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act,
and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
2) The final map conforms substantially to the conditions of the
tentative map approved by the City Council on July 5, 1972,
Resolution No. 2035.
