Statement of the Hatter
Applicant has applied for a parcel split in accordance with City ordinance
no. 9327. Parcel frontage on Knowles Ave. is not improved to City
standards and construction of required improvements is not practical
at this time. In this case, a future improvement agreement is in order.
Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a future agreement
is required.

future improvement agreement on behalf of the City.
