Statement of the Hatter
Applicant has applied for a building permit to construct apartments at
376 Juniper Ave. This is within the area covered by Specific Plan
Ordinance No. 9225.
Certain specified improvements are required by the provisions of this
ordinance; however, the construction of these improvements at this
time is not practical. In this case, a future improvement agreement
is in order.
Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a future agreement
is required.

Adopt a motion authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the
attached future improvement agreement on behalf of the City.
