Statement of the Matter 1. Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad Tract 72-21 Unit 1 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. 2. The final map conforms substantially to the conditions of the tentative map approved by the City Council on Dec. 19, 1972, Resolution No. 2059. 3. On behalf of the City, the Mayor and City Clerk are required to execute an agreement in compliance with the conditions of Ordinance 9324, Item 24 of Section 3 regarding the future installation of traffic signals at: 1. El Camino Real and Elm Avenue and 2. Marron Road and Avenida de Anita. Exhibit A. MEMORANDUM April 30, 1973 TO: City Manager FROM: City Engineer SUBJECT: Late item for Council meeting of May 1, 1973 (approval of final map for CT 72-21 Tanglewood Unit #1) , a Larwin development It is requested that the attached agenda bill be considered for the Council meeting of May 1, 1973 as a late item. This agenda bill was left off the regular agenda due to minor rewording that was required in the future agreement to construct traffic signals.
