Statement of the Hatter .
The final map for Carlsbad Tradt 72-18 was approved by the City Council
on May 15, 1973. A 20 foot water-line easement recorded on February
25, 1952, file No» 22863 lies within the subject subdivision. The
City of Carlsbad . . - has no further use- for said easement.
A quitclaim document (See Exhibit "A") is in order.
Authorization for Mayor and Clerk to execute quitclaim document is
requi red. "
