Statement of the Matter ;
1) The final map of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-18 (Unit 1) has been refiled
and Engineering staff has completed checking for conformance with
State Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordinances of the
City of Carlsbad.
2) The Final Map conforms substantially to the conditions of the
Tentative Map approved by the City Council on July 18, 1972 (Res.
No. 2047)
