Notice of Completion
- - Statement of the Matter
The construction of Cannon Road!has been completed to the satisfaction
of the Engineer by the contractor,. R.E. Hazard.
The final contract price for the project is $176,466.79 of which 90% has been paid to the contractor.
The original contract amount was $187,238.85. The difference between original and final contract amount was due to change orders no. 1, 2 and 3, previously approved by the Council.

completed on the improvement of Cannon Road, Contract No. 1012, and ordered the Notice of Completion filed with the County Recorder.
