Dear Mr. Arnold,
Please advise the procedure I should follow to obtain
permission to close the street on which I live, Playa Road,;
for the purpose of holding a street dance and neighborhood
party on Wednesday, July 4, 1973. Playa Road is a one -block ,
street, ending in a cul-de-sac, with my home being located at 4
the bottom of the cul-de-sac. The closing would be from 2 pm
to 12:00 midnight or shortly thereafter.*
Should there be City forms to fill out, accompanied by
a drawing, please forward me this information. Your consid-
eration in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Very truly yours,
Irving Roston
