All the people living on this street are participating. 1. Playa Road is a one -block , street, ending in a cul-de-sac, with my home being located at 4 the bottom of the cul-de-sac. The closing would be from 2 pm to 12:00 midnight or shortly thereafter.* Should there be City forms to fill out, accompanied by a drawing, please forward me this information.
