Statement of the Matter
Applicant has applied for a parcel split in accordance with City ordinance
No. 9327. Roosevelt Street improvements meet City standards except for
ornamental street lighting. Installation of required ornamental lights
is not practical at this time. In this case, a Future Improvement
Agreement is in order.
Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Future Agreement
