Statement of the Matter
The applicant has applied for a bbilding permit to construct apartments at
3^2 Juniper Avenue. This is in the area covered by Specific Plan Ordinance
No. 9225. Provisions of this ordinance require the construction of
specified improvements. However, the construction of these improvements
at this time is not practical. In this case, a Future Improvement
Agreement is in order.
Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Future Agreement is
required.
