Statement of the Matter
On July 5, 1973, the City Council by Resolution No. 2037 approved the
tentative map of "Carlsbad Tract 72-15". Applicant has experienced a
lengthy delay in the issuance of the necessary permit from the San Diego
Coast Regional Commission. The owner has requested that the subject
tentative map be extended for a period of one year to July 5, 1974.

A request for extension of the above tentative map is hereby requested.
The tentative map for the Maples project was approved July 5, 1972. The
final map is being prepared for submission as soon as possible. However,
requirements of the City, the Coast Regional Commission and the lender,
who will sign the final map, may cause delays that will not allow sub-
mission before July 5, 1973.
