Knowles Ave. frontage - Gillingham property
Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has reviewed parcel split no. 203 and it conforms
substantially with the requirements of City ordinance no. 9327.
Parcel frontage on Knowles is not fully improved and construction is
not practical at this time. A future agreement is in order. On behalf
of the City, the Mayor and City Clerk are required to execute the future
agreement.
