Statement of the Hatter
On July 18, 1972, the City Council by Resolution No. 2047 approved
the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract 72-18. Applicant has experienced
a lengthy delay in the issuance of the necessary permit from the
San Diego Coast Regional Commission. The owner has requested that
the subject tentative map be extended for a period of one year to
July 18, 1974.
