Statement of the Matter
1. Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 72-22 for conformance wiith the State Subdivision Map Act
and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
2. The final map conforms substantially to the conditions^of^the
tentative'map approved by the
Resolution # 2082. (See Exhibi

3. On behalf of the City, the Mayor and City Clerk are required to
execute a corporation quitclaim deed for storm drain easement no
longer required by the City. (See Exhibit B)
