Ill,CONSIDERATION OF TENTATIVE MAP NO. CT 72-34
A. Description of Project: This development is on the west" side of
El Camino Real across from La Costa. Alga Road and Arenal Road, existing
in La Costa, are proposed to extend westerly and serve as the access roads
to this development.
There are three lots, with a total of 13.6 acres, shown on the map
in the northeast corner of the site to be utilized as commercial (C-l)
use. This area is separated from the rest of the development by a 100'
S.D.G. & E. transmission easement.
The residential area immediately adjoining ECR, 35.8 acres, is
zoned RD-M. The developer proposes two condominium units (duplex) on each
lot in this area (100 lots, 200 units).
The remainder of the residential area, 70.9 acres, is zoned R-l.
The developer proposes 278 single-family lots with a minimum of 7500 sq. ft.
