Statement of the Matter
The San Diego Gas and Electric Company has requested a ten inch (10")
water meter connection at its new Encina Power Plant addition on
Carlsbad Blvd. Section 14-16.030 of the City of Carlsbad Municipal
Code requires City Council approval to install water meters over two
inches in size.
NOTE: All costs of materials and labor shall be borne by the San Diego
Gas and Electric Co. -
