West) *- Submitted By: Public Works Director Statement of the Matter Provisions of Specific Plan No. 101 require the installation of h street frontage on this property. Because of the extremely flat grade of Harrison Street, permanent street improvements are not feasible at this time. It is recommended that temporary pavement widening be constructed and a future street improvement agreement be executed by the developer. Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a future improvement agreement is required.. Exhibit 1.
