Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 72-16 in conformance with State Subdivision Map Act and
applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
Final map conforms substantially with the tentative map approved by
City Council on July 5, 1972 by Resolution No. 2036.
Applicant was granted a one year extension of the tentative map by
City Council on June 19, 1973.
