A portion of an existing twenty foot (20') water line easemekt is no longer required by the City of Carlsbad (see Exhibit "A").
On behalf of the City, the Mayor and City Clerk are required to execute subject corporation quitclaim deed as authorized by Council Resolution (see Exhibit "B") .

WHEREAS, a portion of this water line easement is no longer
required by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a Quitclaim Deed in the form shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in favor of the person
or persons legally entitled thereto as their respective interests
now appear of record.

THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED INVOLVING A WATER LINE EASEMENT NO LONGER REQUIRED BY THE CITY

WHEREAS, a water line easement exists in the City of Carlsbad
20' in width, described in Exhibit "A attached hereto and incor-
2orated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, a portion of this water line easement is no longer
required by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a Quitclaim Deed in the form shown on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in favor of the person
or persons legally entitled thereto as their respective interests
now appear of record,
