Basswood and McKinley Public Works Director
Applicant has applied for a Parcel Split in accordance with City
ordinance No. 9327. Parcel frontage is not improved to City
Standards and construction of the required improvements at this time
is not practical. In this case a future improvement agreement is in
order.
Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a future
agreement is required.

Adopt a motion authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the attached
Future Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City.

City Manager's Recommendation
This matter pertains to a -parcel split. The parcel frontage is not
presently improved to City standards, however, construction of the
required improvement cannot be done at- this time in that there are
no like improvements in the vicinity. A Future Improvement Agreement
is recommended and the action required by the City .Council is
to authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the Future
. Agreement.

9-4-73 Parcel Split No. 207 (Scott property) located at Basswood and
McKinley Avenues, was approved and the Mayor authorized to execute
the Agreement for Future Improvements on behalf of the City.
