Parcel frontage is not improved to City Standards and construction of the required improvements at this time is not practical. In this case a future improvement agreement is in order. Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a future agreement is required. A/o, ' . Date.- Sept 4, 1973 City Manager's Recommendation This matter pertains to a -parcel split. The parcel frontage is not presently improved to City standards, however, construction of the required improvement cannot be done at- this time in that there are no like improvements in the vicinity. A Future Improvement Agreement is recommended and the action required by the City .Council is to authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the Future . Agreement. Council .Action 9-4-73 Parcel Split No. 207 (Scott property) located at Basswood and McKinley Avenues, was approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the Agreement for Future Improvements on behalf of the City.
