WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did rece
a verified application from ROBERT KEVANE requesting approval of a Spec,
Plan (SP-137) to a1 low for a 15 unit condominium development on approxir
2.6 acres of land generally located easterly of and adjacent to El Camil
Real, approximately 450 ft. southerly of the intersection of Chestnut A
and El Camino Real, more particularly described as:

WHEREAS, the Plann'l'ng Commission did consider the Final Environme
Impact Report for this project and approved same, as presented, and;'
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hold a duly noticed public ht
and upon hearing and considering the testimony and arguments, if any, 0'

Plan (SP-137) necessary to carry out the provisions and general purpose

WHEREAS, a duly advertised public hearing was held in a
manner prescribed by law before the Planning Commission to consider
a request for a Change of Zone from R-1 (Single Family Residence)
