JStatement of the Matter
Applicant has applied for a parcel split in accordance with City
ordinance no. 9327. Full 1/2 street improvements are required on
all street frontages. Improvements will be installed -at this time,
on Basswood Ave. and will include a curb return at the Basswood and
Highland intersection.
Installation of improvements on the remaining frontage of Highland
Drive is not feasible at this time. Therefore, a future improvement
agreement is in order.
Authorization for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a future agreement
is required.

Adopt a motion authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the attached
future improvement agreement on behalf of the City.
