Statement of the Matter
The Joint Advisory Committee has recommended that the Third Supplement
to the Agreement for Interim Connection by Leucadia County Water
District be executed by each of the Owner Agencies. This supplement
will allow Leucadia, on a temporary basis, to pump t.25 MGD of treated
and raw sewage into the system.

Staff Recommendations
-Adopt a motion authorizing the City Clerk and Mayor to execute
attached Third Supplement on behalf of the City.
