This easement, as granted by a Document filed with the Recorder, San Diego County, on August 29, 1962, File No. 149209, is no longer
required by the City of Carlsbad. Interstate 5 widening in this area
caused a re-alignment of the sewer system and a consequent abandon-
ment of the sewer line located within this easement.

WHEREAS, a sewer line easement exists in the City of Carls-
bad, 10' in width, described in Exhibit I'A" attached hereto and by
this reference, incorporated herein; and
WHEREAS, this sewer line easement is no longer required by
the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a quitclaim deed in the form shown on Exhibit
''A!', attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
in favor of the person or persons legally entitled there-
to as their respective interests now appear of record,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
