.Statement of the Matter
Subject contract has been satisfactorily completed. The final contract
cost is $36,281.67 of which $31,793..58 has been paid to the contractor.
The remainder of the amount owed to the contractor will be paid 35 days
after notice of completion is recorded.

Adopt a motion:
1. accepting work on behalf of the City, and
2. instructing -City Clerk to record the notice of completion and
