UHBANETJCS NEW CONCEPTS IN UVING December 19, 1973 Mr. Tim Flannigan Director of Public Works 1200 Elm Drive Carlsbad, California 92008 Re: Tentative Tract CT 73-M- Dear Mr. Flannigan: On February 27, 1973 the city of Carlsbad approved tentative Tract CT 73-4. This subdivision is to be known as "La Costa Del Sol". For various reasons, we have been unable to prepare and process our plans within the alloted time. The most telling delay was brought about by the resignation of our project architect. We are hopeful of completing all municipal requirements shortly and intend to initiate construction upon finalization of financing. In light of these considerations we hereby request an ex- tension of time to your approval of the tentative tract. Sincerely, Harold Kitein, General Partner La Costa Properties5 1972 LTD, cc: Donald A.
