Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 73-6 in conformance with State Subdivision Map Ace and applic-
able local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
The Final Map conforms substantially with the tentative map approved
by City Council on March 20, 1973, by Resolution No. 3091.
