Several inquiries have been received from real estate developers who have adjoining land, some of which is landlocked. They wish to determine if the City will sell this lot. The Planning Commission by Resolution No. 911 sees no future need for the property. Therefore, if the Council looks with favor on a sale of this parcel, the necessary legal steps can be taken. This is not Water Department property. The money generated by such a sale would go into the General Fund.
