City Manager's Recommendation
Some time ago a request was made for a tentative map time
extens'ion. .That extension has not yet been granted because
the applicant was in the process of making..final arrangements
"to meet the City's Public Facilities Policy. Since the
original tentative map has expired, and-the tentative map
extension has not been granted yet, the applicant does not
have a valid tentative map, even though he has now finished
his final map and has made application for final map approval.
To keep the record straight, the. tentative map should first
be extended (see Agenda Bill 972), then the final map approval
should be granted.
This recommendation*ls conditioned upon applicant having
satisfied the Public Facilities Policy.
