Statement of the Hatter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of "Carlsbad
Tract 73-7" in conformance with State Subdivision Map Act and applicable
local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
The Final Map conforms substantially with the tentative map approved
by City Council on April 17, 1973 by Resolution No. 3106.
