A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ELM AVENUE FROM STATE STREET TO WASHINGTON STREET, CONTRACT 1014. --
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
That the bid of $16,862.70. by Griffith Comnanv
, a California corDorati0n I
for Contract 1014, the conservation of Elm Avenue from State
Street to Washington Street,is hereby accepted and the Mayor of
the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized to execute the contract.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on April 2, 1974, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, McComas and Lewis.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
