Statement of the Matter _ •
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of "Carlsbad
Tract 72-14", in conformance with State Subdivision Map Act and applicable
local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
The Final Map conforms substantially with the tentative map approved-
by City Council on July 5, 1972'by Resolution No. 2038.
The tentative map was granted a one year extension by City Council on
June 19, 1973.
