The Commission consisted of seven appointed members. 'It is Council' Action 4-16-74 Ordinance #1168 was introduced and given a first reading, amending Title 2 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code by repealing Chapter 2.32 regarding the Harbor Commission. -2- 1 4 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 ORDINANCE NO. 1168 AN ORDINANCE 0'1' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CART-SBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 2 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY REPEALING CHAPTER 2.32 REGARDING THE HARBOR COMMISSION. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1: Chapter 2.32 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is hereby repealed. EFFECTIVE DATE: 'This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoption, and the City Clerk shall.certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be published at least once in the Carlsbad Journal within fifteen days after its adoption INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 16th day of April , 1974, and thereafter PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned requl armeeting Of said City Council held on the 9th day of May , 1974, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: NOES: None.
