City MdnagcT’s Recommendation -- -___ --__I ---_ Encinitas Yellow Cab Company has been serving this area to date without any known conflict with Avocado Cab Company provides for the licensing or the issuing of a Certificate of Convenience to operate cab companies, sets no limit on the number nor does it establish,any criteria for determining adequate numbers of cab companies within the City. Avocado Cab Company has been notified of this request and of the hearing. Unless testimony is heard to the contrary, I would recommend that the Certificate of Convenience be issued. which has a license within the City.
