The City Council, at your meeting of May 7, 1974, held public hearings
on a proposed change to the Land Use Element of the General Plan af:fect-
ing four areas of the City. Agenda Bills Nos. 3070 (LUA No. 10-Civic
Center), 3072 (LUA No. 12-McReynolds) and 3073 (LUA No. 13-'Loker) were
returned to staff for preparation of documents which would reflect
the recommendation of approval as outlined by the Planning Commission
and •Staff.
Agenda Bill No. 3071 (LUA No. 11-Rinker) was continued to the adjourned
City Council meeting of May 9, 1974, at which time it was returned to
staff for preparation of documents which would reflect the recommenda-
tion of approval as outlined by the Planning Commission and staff.
In accord with that direction the necessary resolution has been prepared.

If.the Council approves and-wishes to effectuate Land Use Amendments
