CALIFORNIA 9ZO2S 743-3423 April 28, 197^ City Engineer Public Works Department 1200 Elm Avenue Carlsbad, Ca. 92008 Dear Sir: I wish to extend my tentative map of Lot 57 in La Costa, South Unit No. 1, referred to as CT 73-25. Since it will expire on July 3, 197^. I am writing you now so that you will have prior notice of my desire for a one year extension. I have not developed this lot due to the many units al- ready available at the present time in the La Sosta area. I have not felt that my addition of twelve more units at this time would help the situation any. I have read Council Policy No. 17 regarding availability of public services and will be willing to comply with the Council's requirements at the time of development. Thank you for your consideration in writing me as to the extension date deadline.
