SECTION 2: Findings. The approval of Specific Plan (SP-131) is justified by the following findings: A. Conformance of the revised Specific Plan to the approved Master Plan No. 105. B. Conformance of the revised Specific Plan to all r quirements of the Municipal Ordinance for property located in Planning Community Zone District. C. Conformance of the precise development to the exi and proposed development in the area. SECTION 3: Development Conditions.
