II SECTION 1: A Specific Plan (SP-131) is hereby adopt€
for a 420-unit residential development on property generally
located northerly of and adjacent to Olivenhain Road approxin
2,080 feet easterly of the intersection of Olivenhain Road ar
Camino Real, more particularly described as:
Thatportion of Lot 11 of Rancho Las Encinitas,
according to Map No. 848 thereof filed in the
office of the (County Recorder of the County of
San Diego, State of California, June 27, 1898,
said plan to consist of a plot plan marked Exhibit A to SP-13
(revised, dated January 22, 1974) and an application with att
ments on file in the office of the City Planning Department a

SECTION 2: Findings. The approval of Specific Plan
(SP-131) is justified by the following findings:
A. Conformance of the revised Specific Plan to the
approved Master Plan No. 105.

Planning Community Zone District.
C. Conformance of the precise development to the exi
