I. Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad .Tract 73-10 for conformance with the State Snbdivision Hap Act and.
applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
The final nap conforms substantially to the conditior.s of the tentative
map approved by the City Council on July 3, 1973, Resolution >Id. 3152.
11. X pcrtion of lot 697 designated ”portion of lot 697 reserved for
future street”, La Costa Mezriows Unit No. 4, Map No. 7367 recorded
July 19, 1972 was offered for dedication but was rejected by the
County a’nd never accepted byethe City.
Acceptance of this reserved future street is now in order (see
Exhibit B). This xi11 complete the street design requirement for Carlsbad Tract 73-19.
Please note that the tentative map time extension request was approved by City Council on July 2, 1974.
