In accordance with Section 3.28.1100 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code,
Notice to Bidders was published and requests for bids were made on
June 13, 1974. One bid was received, opened, witnessed, and recorded
on June 26, 1974. The bid was submitted by South Coast Asphalt, Inc.;
Post Office Box 218; Carlsbad, California 92008.

IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,

as follows:

That the bid of South Coast Asphalt, Incorporated; Post.

and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
