Final map - Carlsbad Tract 74-2 (subdivision City Engineer
located on the northeast corner of Lincoln
and Oak) ,
Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 74-2 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
The final map conforms substantially to the conditions of the tentative
map approved by the City Council on April 16, 1974, Resolution No. 3393,

Staff Recommendations to City Manager
Adopt a motion approving the final map of Carlsbad Tract 74-2, subject
to receipt of bonds, fees and agreement within 15 days.
