More than half the parking lot west of the City Hall is used by City employees, forcing some parking on Elm Avenue and Pi0 Pico. It is felt that employees should not park on Elm Avenue in order to free parking for citizens who have difficulty climbing the steps from the main lot. By paving the northerly portion of the Parks and Recreation building area west of Pi0 Pico, north of the building, additional parking for employees would be available.
