A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
THE SALARY PLAN FOR CERTAIN EXECUTIVE
AND ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE
-. 1974-75 FISCAL YEAR.
CITY OF CARLSBAD I CALIFORXIA ADOPTIPJG
I I WHEF?EAS, there are certain Executive and Administrative
personnel who were not covered by either the Memorandums of
Understanding approved by ResolutionsNo.3480 and No. 3481 or
the City Manager's Recommendation approved by Resolution No. 3482 ;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined upon recommenda-
tion of the City Manager that it is appropriate to make certain
adjustments in salary for said personnel by amending the interim
salary plan adopted by Resolution 3444 as amended by Resolution
3452;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
i. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Executive Salary Schedule, Fiscal Year 1974-75
set out in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof is
adopted as the Salary Plan of the City of Carlsbad for all em-
plcyees covered by said schedule for fiscal year 1974-75.
3. That the schedules adopted by this resolution shall
be retroactive to July 1, 1974 and shall supersede any portion of
the interim salary plan inconsistent therewith.
4. That the City Manager shall have authority to deter-
mine the point on the range at which it is appropriate to compen-
sate each individual employee covered by said schedule.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 6th day of August , 1974,
