RESOLUTION NO. 3499 --
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REAPPOINTING
TWO PERSONS TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION. -
WHEREAS, Section 2.36.010 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
created a Parks and Recreation Commission; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.36.020 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
prescribes the membership, terms of membership and method for
filling of vacancies for said commission under this authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Zity of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons are hereby reappointed to
serve as members of the Parks and Recreation Commission for terms
Df four years, such appointment to expire on August 31, 1978,
unless otherwise resolved:
MYLES REGAN
ERIC LARSON
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Sarlsbad City Council held on the 20th day of August , 1974,
~y the following vote, tu wit:
AYES : Cmn. Frazee, McComas, Lewis, Chase and Skotnicki.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
