The subject contract has been satisfactori ly completed by Wi lcox Electric
Inc., dba Arrow Electric.
All equipment and work was completed according to the Contract
Documents and Specifications, except that Type "C" pedestrian
heads were installed instead of Type "D" pedestrian heads. This
substitution of pedestrian heads resulted in a $200.00 deduction. The
final contract cost is $26,299.00 of which 10% will be retained until
35 days after Notice of Completion is recorded.

The following substitution to the contract has been found necessary
due to a change in project condition:
Substitution
Type 'IC" pedestrian heads were instal led instead of Type 'ID" pedestrian
heads because the Type "D" heads were not available at the time of the
signal installation. This change resulted in a total reduction in the
contract price of $200.00.
