RESOLUTION NO. 3546
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE PERSON TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Planning Commissioner H. Ray Barrett has resigned
from.the Planning Commission effective August 8, 1974:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
the remainder of the term to which Commissioner Barrett was
appointed:
STEPHEN M. L'HEURFUX to serve for a term
to expire in April, 1977.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the
6th day of Novembzr, 1974.
AYES: Cmn. Frazee, Chase, McComas, Lewis and Skotnicki.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
